VUJE, a. s. could not be missing at the World Nuclear Exhibition 2021 in Paris!

The representatives of our company took part at the World Nuclear Exhibition 2021 in Paris. For the fourth time, the most important nuclear players from all over the world presented themselves there. VUJE, a. s., as a leader in Slovakia, could not be missing.

VUJE, a. s. could not be missing at the World Nuclear Exhibition 2021 in Paris!

At the beginning of December, 18,000 participants and 612 exhibitors from 83 countries met at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. It included workshops, panel discussions and, last but not least, business meetings. VUJE, a. s. presented to the specialist the entire portfolio of its services and projects focusing on the construction and safety of nuclear power plants. A distinguished guest visiting our stand was also the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to France Igor Slobodník.

"Participation in the world exhibition was a new experience for us, as well as an opportunity to meet and talk to our standard business partners and establish new contacts and potential alliances," confirmed Adrian Kovalyk, Member of the Board and Director of Division for Diagnostics of Nuclear Power Plants, VUJE, a. s. "The number of visitors confirmed the high level and growing interest in the nuclear core."

The current year of WNE was not coincidentally marked by the topic Nuclear Industry as the key player for a low-carbon society and a responsible future.

A few days before the event, the French President Emanuel Macron officially confirmed that the country will after decades begin building nuclear reactors as a necessary step "to ensure France's energy independence, provide electricity supplies in times of crisis and achieve climate goals, especially carbon neutrality by 2050".

Rafael Grossi, Chief Executive Officer of the International Atomic Energy Agency, emphasized: "Without nuclear energy, it will be much more difficult, if not impossible, to achieve a carbon-free economy. The exhibition presents an impressive technological development in the field of nuclear energy, which is the key in the fight against a climate change."

A distinguished guest visiting our stand was also the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to France Igor Slobodník.
